Introduction Yuma is a city in Yuma County. Yuma is located in the Yuma and Gila valleys of southern Arizona. It is on the west of the Gila and Colorado River confluence. It is one of the fastest growing cities of Arizona mainly because of its wonderful climate. Its proximity to the Colorado River offers a fine blend of desert sunshine and cool winds.
